Fancy hotel overlooking street, we had a real good experience here. We liked the exceptional service. Took the advantage of the parking onsite. The location was easy, the room was brand-new and spotless. Moreover, it was 3 km from Nis Fortress. Had tasty dishes in a perfect restaurant.

The swimming pool was not available during our stay, which was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. We wish they had been more informative about this on their website.

They were always there to respond to my needs with a sincere smile. the breakfast was rich and delicious, one of the best I've had in a hotel. the hotel's location was perfect, close to the highway and easily accessible through taxis. having a parking lot close to the street with surveillance cameras gave me a sense of security.

Although taxi fees were affordable and the hotel location was accessible, it would have been more convenient to dine in the hotel after a long day out. This was the only area where I felt the hotel could have done better.
